About Us
Our mission at CPD-Resources is to develop and utilize tools and processes that help people take control of and enrich their personal career planning and development. We deliver practical ideas, training, and materials that are designed for easy, self-paced use by individuals, dyads, and small groups. Many of these are available at no or low cost to provide support to those who may be in personal transition.

Our Team
Melissa Jones Melissa has a background in marketing and sales, organizational development, and organizational and interpersonal communication skills. She has managed diverse international teams and helped design and drive change for both small and large groups. She is a skilled facilitator and also a trainer in communication skills and conflict management. She has a great deal of experience as a mentor and personal coach. Melissa holds a Ph.D. in Transformative Learning and Change from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Kara Krause Kara has a background in Human Resource systems management, employee training, and program development for cultural diversity initiatives. She speaks both Spanish and Portuguese in addition to English and translates, interprets, and delivers materials for bi-lingual programs. Kara earned her B.A. in Sociology and her M.A. in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University. She has both studied and worked in Latin America.

Advisors
Karyn Lazarus, Ph.D. Karyn is an organizational consultant and is also faculty at the Center for Creative Change, Antioch University Seattle. Prior to this she worked for 18 years at Hewlett-Packard, the last 10 with the inkjet cartridge business. Her responsibilities included coaching and consulting in areas such as collaborative team building, strategic alliances, strategic planning, organizational design, and coaching/mentoring. Karyn holds an M.A. in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University and a Ph.D. from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Terri O'Fallon, Ph.D. Terri is a career educator and a specialist in transformative learning and change in human systems, as well as distance learning. She is a principal with Pacific Integral, a company providing individual and organizational performance improvement and capacity development, consulting, mentoring, coaching, transformational program design, and web-based education. Terri also mentors Ph.D. dissertation students at the California Institute of Integral Studies and consults with Integral University on online education.
