Group Workshops

Our group workshops are designed for delivery in both private and public venues. We can easily customize a workshop for a small intact work group, a larger cross-functional group, or a public group. We recommend group sizes no larger than 16 people for maximum interaction.

      CDAT (Career Development Accountability Team)
- A CDAT involves 2 or 3 people you invite
to work with you in order to enrich and support your career planning and development.
With your team you work to achieve one or two measurable goals over the course of one
year. Our CDAT Workshop helps you define your goals and learn how to form and
instruct your team collaboratively. All the materials you need for the year are provided.

Communication Skills - Our practical communication skills training is designed to deliver
immediate results everyone can use. It can be easy to take for granted that we
are good communicators! Finding the time to refresh or upgrade core skills can pay
off in higher satisfaction levels and improved efficiency. Our training focuses on
Effective Meeting Management and Effective Interpersonal Communications.

Influencing Skills - Influencing involves having a goal and requesting another person to do
something specific. Influencing requires accountability and a willingness to be direct and
honest and not "beat around the bush" or be vague. This workshop is a powerful tool for
teams that want to strengthen their communication practices and standards. It
is also
useful for couples and 1- or 2-parent family groups, including children 10 and older, who
want to improve communication styles and build trust.
